Your jobs and measurements

The app calculates material estimates on your device. Room plans, material counts, Bought marks, notes, and saved estimates use local device storage. There is no account or cloud sync. You can choose to export a PDF or a saved-jobs recovery backup. Those files go to the app or location you select. Keep your own copies: removing the app can remove local jobs.

Camera and room scans

Room scans and the AR tape measure use the camera with your permission. RoomPlan scanning needs a supported LiDAR iPhone or iPad. Camera and scan processing stay on the device. Manual entry works without camera access. The app does not request location, contacts, microphone, or photo-library access.

Optional feedback

If you send feedback, report a bug, or vote on an idea, our PLAYRIOT feedback service at api.aiappnation.com receives the information needed for that action. This can include your feedback text, a screenshot you choose to attach, an optional email you enter, a random app/device identifier, app version/build, device model, iOS version, language/region, and Free or Pro status. A bug report may include a recent app diagnostic log excerpt, which can include saved job names and calculator types. Screenshots or feedback text may include job details you choose to share.

The identifier lets us avoid duplicate votes and show replies in the app. After you take part in feedback, the app checks for replies using that identifier. The app also fetches a public list of other PLAYRIOT apps for the More Apps section. Feedback is optional and is not needed to calculate, save a job, or use a purchased feature.

We use this information to handle feedback, diagnose issues, and deliver replies. We do not sell this data or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Do not include private information in feedback or screenshots that you do not want to send to us.

Purchases

Apple handles purchases, billing, and subscription management through StoreKit. The app checks your entitlement so it can unlock Pro. We do not receive your payment card details or Apple ID password. Free or Pro status may be included when you choose to send feedback.

Retention and your choices

Saved jobs remain on your device until you remove them or the app. Feedback and its attachments may be kept by our service to handle the request and replies. To ask for access, correction, or deletion of feedback, contact [email protected] with the email or feedback reference you used. We may need enough information to find the correct record. Do not uninstall the app to try to remove server feedback; that only removes local app data.

If local saved jobs cannot open, the app offers Retry and an export of the existing store files. That backup can contain your job names and measurements. Store it in a place you trust. The app does not upload it automatically.

Children and changes

The app is a construction tool for contractors and people doing home projects. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact [email protected] about data submitted by a child. Updates to this policy appear here with a new date.
