What calculators are included in the app?
Material Calculator Pro includes 8 calculators: Tile, Paint, Concrete, Mulch, Drywall, Decking, Fencing, and Wallpaper. Each calculator accounts for material-specific factors like waste percentage, coverage rates, and unit conversions so you get accurate quantities every time.
Is my data private? Does the app collect anything?
Your data is completely private. The app stores all project data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Nothing is transmitted to any server. There are no analytics SDKs, no tracking, and no account required. Your measurements and projects never leave your iPhone or iPad.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and go to Settings, then tap "Restore Purchases." You can also find the restore option on the paywall screen. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that was used to originally purchase the subscription or lifetime access.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
The free version lets you try the calculators and save a limited number of projects. Pro unlocks unlimited calculations, unlimited saved projects, and PDF export. Pro is available as a weekly subscription, annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, then select Material Calculator Pro and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain Pro access until the end of the billing period.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, completely. Material Calculator Pro does not require an internet connection for any feature. All calculations and project storage happen entirely on your device.
How do I export a PDF?
PDF export is a Pro feature. Open any saved project, tap the share icon in the top right, and select Export as PDF. The PDF includes all your project dimensions, material quantities, and calculation details in a clean, readable format.
